This Project is located off the mountainous areas of Tehran. The façade design is a little bit rough and generally made of wood and stone.

Made of Wood & Stone

The local materials that specify the spirit of that region. Our design team tried to give a feeling of rustic style in finishing details but in a modern approach. At the entrance gate, a series of acrylic boxes are used that are fastened by steel profiles and hanged from the ceiling to emphasize the entrance.

Every single apartment has its own ornamental pattern in interior spaces as a skylight or other architectural elements that all are mostly inspired by folkloric motifs of the Alborz district.
