Mahestan Complex is one of the most popular malls, situated in Shahrak-e-Gharb neighbourhood in the north-west of Tehran. The glazing area exceeded 300 square meters and over 36 sheets of acrylic have been consumed to cover the walls.

2016 – 2017

Mahestan Complex

All the design and fabrication phases have been completed only in a couple of weeks. This patio as a void brings the light into the official parts of the building and thanks to the cutting-edge features of Acrylic, it prevents warming up interior spaces excessively.

Central Patio Walls

Central patio walls are overlaid with clear double-glazing acrylic sheets in and fabricated using an exclusive dust-proof aluminium fasteners.

The Fluorescent Louvres

The fluorescent louvres are hanged from the porch using innovative fittings that are illuminated by a series of spotlights to turn the whole ceiling into a gigantic chandelier and motivate passerby to come inside.
We believe that we did our best since people tend to stay underneath the ceiling upon their arrival and contemplate the form of the choreography of the light for a few seconds.
